Rev. Faulstich of Whittemore, buried his wife at the Fenton (Lott’s Creek) cemetery Wednesday. She died Sunday, her disease being of a nervous order. Mr. Faulstich has four small children left to his care. He has the sympathy of all his friends and neighbors. |
* The actual cause of death was “Milk Leg” - a painful swelling of the leg
occurring in women after childbirth as a result of clotting and inflammation of
the femoral veins. The leg becomes very
white, hence the name
